Lesson series
This program will address how to develop a values-driven workplace culture by creating proprietary decision frameworks steeped in core values and principals. To achieve that aim, as a leader, you will learn the main requirement is the alignment of those values and the design of the internal brand/employee experience. We will be mapping the guest experience to the employee experience for higher profit margins and customer loyalty.

Educated to Doctorate in Education level, Dr. Irene has almost 20 years of lecturing at the third level. She started her own education in Hospitality and Tourism Management and spent many years working in various departments within this industry in different countries.

After a few years, Dr. Irene changed her profession, moved into Human Resources, and achieved a Master's qualification from a UK University. With this achievement, she was able to accomplish her life-long dream of becoming a teacher. With substantial experience working within a multicultural environment both online and face-to-face, Dr. Irene thrives on the diversity that multiculturalism brings to the classroom situation.
